Why offer hot food, there are many fast food places around here ?

A very wise store owner told us this a long time ago “people want convenience, they can’t get gas, cigarettes, beer, etc at the fast food places..I want to be a ONE STOP convenience store” Hot food, ready to go, attracts and keeps customers. It’s all about giving your customers what they want !

What makes us different?

NO VENTS-NO HOODS! You can have all the benefits of a full kitchen, without the headaches. Every store is different. However, the actual amount of space needed for the biscuits & bites or Basic program is very small. The area used for the display is as little as 2 feet of counter space. We have this in some very small stores!

Do I need to hire an extra employee(cook)?

with your current staff. It is very easy to “cook” just a few times a day to keep the display full. There is no food prep! We help you organize your operation so that there is very little labor involved in keeping up with the volume. 99% of all our c-store customers operate with just 1 or 2 clerks on duty !

Where do I get the food?

We arrange food service with one of the nations leading food service suppliers. We will set up an account with them that allows you to see what they offer. You will be able to order online or, by phone if more convenient. They have agreed to special pricing for our hundreds of customers. You can use any vendor you wish.

What are the options?

We do offer a very basic equipment package featuring the greaseless fryer only for $4,995. You can add a display warmer (many low cost options are available) There is also the biscuits & bites program for those who want a limited option, mainly breakfast biscuits and snacks, like wings, throughout the day. The basic program offer a more complete program for a full menu. Those who expect higher volume, or who are replacing a full kitchen and want continuous marketing support would choose one of our Quikitchen programs

 

What is the diffference between the Basic and the Quikitchen Program?

The basic program is just that. It gives you the equipment you need as well as utensils and signs. It also helps you get started with training and set up options The program features more signage, as well as larger equipment. The biggest difference is ONGOING marketing support, at no further cost, for as long as you are active in the program. We visit often, do promos, mail outs and specials . It is like a franchise, just no fees!

What about the Health Depatment?

We have worked with health departments throughout the U.S. All accept our program as long as it meets the basic health guidelines. We have had no trouble getting approved anywhere in the U.S. We have hundreds of our units in government buildings, schools and military bases.

How can this FAIL?

If you have a staff that won’t “talk up” the food or, if you forget to cook some days because you are “too busy”, or if you decide to cook only when something is ordered, you will find this may not do well. We will show you how to do this the right way. However, our experience is that some folks decide to do it differently. Typically, those fail !
